For job seekers
Do I need an account to search for jobs?
No. Anyone can browse JobRadarNG free. You only need a free account to apply, save jobs, set alerts, and track applications.
Will I ever pay to apply for a job?
No. Never pay anyone to apply, “secure,” or unlock a JobRadarNG opportunity. If someone asks for money, report the listing from the job page or contact support.
Do you only list jobs in Lagos and Abuja?
No. JobRadarNG covers roles across Nigeria, including other states and remote jobs. Lagos and Abuja are popular starting points, not the only markets.
Do I need KYC or Dojah verification to apply?
No. Applicants are not asked for KYC by default. Identity verification is for employers and recruiters before they can publish listings.
How do I track applications and interviews?
Sign in and open your applicant dashboard. You can see application status, interview invites, saved jobs, CV tools, and alerts in one place.
Does JobRadarNG guarantee employment?
No. We help you discover and apply for roles. Always read each listing carefully and verify employers before sharing sensitive information or travelling for interviews.
For employers and recruiters
Who can post jobs on JobRadarNG?
Verified company employers and individual recruiters can post. Individual recruiters complete identity verification. Companies complete business verification plus representative identity verification.
Is posting a job free?
Creating and publishing eligible listings is available after verification. Featured placements, sponsored search, and some promotional packages are paid. See Pricing for current plans.
How do I manage applicants?
Use the employer dashboard pipeline to review applications, shortlist or reject candidates, message applicants, schedule interviews, and filter by listing.
Can I hire for household or personal roles?
Yes, individual recruiters may post lawful household and personal staffing roles when verification is complete. Listings must be accurate, professional, and non-exploitative.
Trust, privacy, and billing
How does JobRadarNG fight scams?
We combine verification for posters, moderation, reporting tools, applicant-safety guidance, and review workflows. Trust signals help, but you should still exercise judgment before acting on any offer.
What data do you collect?
Account details, applications, CVs you upload, job listings, verification data for employers/recruiters, and operational security logs as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Rights pages.
How do refunds work?
Paid promotion and billing rules are explained in the Refund and Billing Policy. Contact support with your payment reference if you need help with an order.
How do I delete my account or request my data?
Use the Data Rights page and support form, or email privacy@jobradarng.com. We handle access, correction, and deletion requests under Nigeria’s data-protection rules.
